CourseDiscovery is not endorsed by, directly affiliated with, maintained, authorized, or sponsored by the University of the Fraser Valley ("UFV").
Course Content: The course data, instructor data, and other related data on CourseDiscovery is collected from a variety of sources provided by the UFV. While CourseDiscovery makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the data provided to users, it may not be completely accurate, complete, or up-to-date. You agree to use the website at your own risk.
User Conduct: As a user of the CourseDiscovery platform, you agree to use the platform in a lawful and respectful manner. You may not engage in any behavior that could harm the security and integrity of the platform, such as engaging in DDoS attacks, sending spam, web scraping, or otherwise accessing the platform in an unauthorized manner.
Intellectual Property: You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use the course data, instructor data, and other related data without the express permission of CourseDiscovery.
Limitation of Liability: CourseDiscovery will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
